Cinnamon Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c sugar
    1 3/4 c Karo Syrup
    1 c water
    3-4 t cinnamon oil
    1 t red food coloring
Preparation
    In a saucepan bring sugar, syrup and water to a boil on high. Turn to low and cook to hard crackle stage.
    Add cinnamon oil and food coloring.
    Continue stirring while pouring into plastic ice trays.
