Pork And Cumin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pork shoulder, boneless and cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
2 slices bacon
1/2 c. water
4 tomatoes, chopped
2 medium potatoes, diced
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream (optional)
Preparation

Coat
pork
with
flour.
Heat\toil
in 10-inch skillet until hot.
Cook\tand
stir pork over medium heat until brown. Drain. Cook
and
stir
onion and bacon in same skillet until bacon
is crisp.
Stir
in
pork
and
remaining ingredients, except\tsour cream.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until pork
is tender, about 45 minutes.\tStir in sour cream, if desired, and heat until hot.
Makes 7 servings.
