Blueberry Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
graham cracker crust
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add other ingredients.
Beat until fluffy.
Spread over graham cracker crust.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until set and begins to brown.
Cool.
Mix blueberry pie filling and lemon juice together.
Place over low heat and bring to boiling point.
Cool.
When both mixtures are cooled, pour blueberry mixture over cheese mixture.
Chill until ready to serve.
