Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots or 2 jars junior baby food carrots
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients, then mix with remaining ingredients as listed.
Bake in two 9-inch pans or one 13 x 9-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
