Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs (large or jumbo)
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 c. plain flour (good cup)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. finely chopped coconut

Preparation

Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in tube pan, greased and lightly floured.
