Creole Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 can tomatoes
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
2 c. water
1 1/2 to 2 lb. peeled shrimp
salt and pepper to taste
dash of Tabasco
Preparation

Saute celery, onion and bell pepper until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer over low heat until flavors blend (about 1 hour).
Add peeled shrimp.
Simmer another 20 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
