Tossed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head iceberg lettuce
1 large cucumber
1 large tomato
1 large onion
6 large radishes
1 chopped green pepper (optional)
1/2 c. chopped black olives
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. wine vinegar or to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation

Break lettuce into bite-size pieces.
Peel cucumber (optional).
Slice very thin.
Chop tomato into bite-size morsels. Chop onion or slice very thin (amount varies to individual taste).
Slice radishes very thin.
Chop pepper.
Add black olives.
Toss with hands to mix thoroughly.
Season to taste.
Add wine vinegar and olive oil.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes to marinate before serving with spaghetti and meatballs.
