Pasta With Italian Sausage Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. fresh kale or broccoli rabe
    8 oz. sweet Italian turkey sausage links
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes (in juice)
    1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 lb. pasta twists
Preparation
    Wash kale and tear leaves off stems.
    Cut into bite size pieces (discard stems).
    Crumble sausage from casings into a large nonstick skillet. Stir over medium-high heat about 3 minutes until browned. Remove with a slotted spoon onto plate.
    Add kale to skillet and toss about 45 seconds until bright green. Stir flour into broth.
    Add to kale and bring to a boil.
    Add tomatoes into skillet.
    Drain beans and add along with the crushed red pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.
    Add sausage and simmer 1 minute longer. Toss with hot pasta.
    Serves 5.
