Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 pork chops
2 or 3 Irish potatoes
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 stick oleo
milk, salt and pepper
Preparation

Peel potatoes and cut into small slices in baking dish. Sprinkle salt, pepper and flour over potatoes.
Add enough milk to come up level with potatoes.
Lay pork chops on top of potatoes. Dot small bits of oleo over top of casserole.
Sprinkle a little more salt and pepper on chops.
Bake about 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Or at 275\u00b0 for 3 or 4 hours.
Be sure pork chops are done!
Never eat rare pork of any kind.
Chops may be turned over while baking to make certain they're cooked all the way through.
