Texas Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. hamburger (browned and crumbled)
Large can whole tomatoes (crushed)
Bell pepper (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 c. uncooked regular rice (not minute)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute onion and bell pepper add beef and drain.
Pour into 3 qt. casserole dish.
Add crushed tomatoes and rice.
Salt and pepper and mix well.
(Flatten top smooth and add more pepper on top.)
Cover and cook for one hour on 350.
