Squash Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Milk
    2 Tbsp. Margarine
    1/2 c. Sugar
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 Tbsp.Yeast
    1/4 c. Water
    1 c. Cooked Winter Squash (Mashed)(From frozen freezer section
    4 1/2 c. Flour
Preparation
    1. Heat milk, margarine, sugar, and salt until melted. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Stir in milk, squash, and 2 c. flour. 2. Add more flour to handle.
    Knead 5 minutes.
    Let rise 1 1/2 hours.
    Put into round cake pans, 9 around outside and 3 in center. 3. Let rise.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15-20 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen.
