Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. cracker crumbs
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 can pineapple tidbits or chunks
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2/3 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix
    ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, milk and salt. Roll into
    balls and dip in flour and brown.
    Separate pineapple juice and add water to make 1 cup liquid.
    Add cornstarch, vinegar, soy sauce,
    brown sugar and lemon juice.
    Cook until thick.
    Add pineapple and simmer 15 minutes.
    Pour sauce over meatballs and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
