Icebox Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. cucumbers
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Thinly slice 7 cups cucumbers.
    Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt; cover and set aside for 1 hour.
    Add vinegar, sugar and celery salt.
    Add onion and pepper to cucumbers.
    Pour over cucumbers. Place in refrigerator.
    Will keep up to 4 weeks.
