Hot Chicken Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced cooked chicken
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
    6 slices bread
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cube 2 slices bread in 9-inch square dish.
    Mix together chicken, onion, celery, mayonnaise and seasonings.\tSpoon evenly over bread.
    Put 4 slices cubed bread over mixture.
    Mix egg and milk.
    Pour over bread.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Pour soup over casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, 15 minutes.\tTen minutes before done, sprinkle cheese over top.
