German Beer Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Cheddar, shredded fine
    1/2 lb. Swiss, shredded fine
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 small clove garlic, mashed
    1/2 c. beer
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except beer.
    Add enough beer to spreading consistency.
    Pack tightly into a bowl or mold.
    Chill several hours.
    Unmold and serve at room temperature.
