Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 large Irish potatoes, sliced thick
    1 medium sized onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 sweet bell pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place thick sliced Irish potatoes in casserole dish.
    Add bell pepper and onion.
    Add 1 can water to can of chicken soup; pour over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    (May add leftover ham, chicken or cheese.)
