Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can hominy or corn
    1 can pinto beans with jalapeno
    1 can small Ro-Tel tomatoes with jalapeno
    1 pkg. dry taco mix
    2 cans water
Preparation
    Brown ground meat with onion and bell pepper.
    Add regular size cans of tomatoes, kidney beans, hominy or corn, pinto beans with jalapeno and Ro-Tel (juice and all), taco mix and water.
    Mix all ingredients together and simmer for 1 hour.
    Serve with corn bread or tortilla chips.
    Cheddar cheese sprinkled on top adds a delicious touch.
