Black-Eyed Pea Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped fine
    2 fresh jalapenos, chopped fine
    2 stalks celery, chopped fine
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3 chicken bouillon cubes, crushed
    2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 cans black-eyed peas
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1 tsp. garlic, minced
    1/2 c. bacon drippings
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Bring first 9 ingredients to a slow simmer.
    Add the black-eyed peas, tomatoes and garlic and cook for 30 minutes on medium heat.
    Mix bacon drippings and flour and add to cooked mixture.
    Heat 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve warm.
