Corn Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. white cornmeal
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. Mazola oil
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Bake in flour skillet at 425\u00b0 or until golden brown.
Use about 1/4 cup oil in skillet.
