Angel Hair Amatriciana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, chopped
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    8 oz. angel hair pasta, cooked and drained
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook bacon just until crisp.
    Remove bacon; drain fat from skillet.
    Add corn oil.
    Heat over medium heat.
    Add onion; saute 6 to 8 minutes or until browned.
    Stir in tomatoes with juice, breaking tomatoes with spoon.
    Add bacon, cider vinegar, sugar, salt and crushed red pepper.
    Bring to boil over medium heat.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Simmer, uncovered, 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Toss with angel hair.
    Makes 4 servings.
