Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
    canned pineapple, drained
Preparation
    In small saucepan, mix cornstarch and water.
    Add next 6 ingredients and boil until thickened.
    Cool slightly.
    Brush raw chicken with this glaze.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes, brushing with glaze every 10 minutes.
    Turn chicken.
    Bake 30 minutes more, brushing occasionally.
    Add drained canned pineapple during last 10 minutes of baking.
