Green Pepper Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1/2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
Preparation

Cook and drain the ground beef.
Cut peppers in quarters.
Mix onion, beef, ketchup, rice and soy sauce together.
Grease casserole dish and line dish with bell peppers.
In center, fill with beef mixture and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Turn oven off and cover meat dish with cheese.
This dish needs to be covered so as not to dry out.
