Cobb Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 head romaine lettuce
1 bunch watercress
2 tomatoes, skinned and sliced
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
2 c. cooked diced chicken
2 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 Tbsp. Blue cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
Preparation

Tear lettuce into bite size pieces in large salad bowl. Combine lettuce with watercress.
Arrange wedges of tomatoes and avocado slices around edge of bowl.
Spoon chicken into center of bowl.
Arrange egg slices around chicken.
Sprinkle bacon, Blue cheese and chives over all.
Use Fresh Lemon Dressing.
