Glorified Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) box lemon gelatin
1 c. cold water
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. heavy cream
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Add cold water.
You can use the juice drained from pineapple for part of the water.
When gelatin begins to set, add rice and pineapple and fold in whipped cream.
Chill.
