Bleu Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 oz.) pkg. Bleu cheese crumbles
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    8 oz. container cottage cheese
    1 qt. buttermilk
    2 c. mayo
    1/2 bunch fresh parsley, finely diced
    1/2 onion, finely diced
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese and Bleu cheese crumbles.
    Mash with fork until reduced to tiny lumps. Add all ingredients.
    Whip with fork.
    Refrigerate overnight before using. Shake before using.
