Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large unpeeled baking potatoes
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut each potato into 8 lengthwise wedges (64 wedges).
    Mix together all ingredients, except wedges.
    Line a jelly roll pan with foil and brush lightly with oil mix.
    Arrange potatoes, peel side down, on foil.
    Brush with oil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes until brown and tender.
    Brush with oil during baking.
