Pierogi Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked
    1 lb. American cheese
    5 to 6 potatoes, mashed
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/4 lb. oleo
    chopped onions
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter and oleo; spread 1/2 of onion mixture on bottom of dish; then all the macaroni, all cheese and all mashed potatoes.
    Top with other half of onion mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 3/4 hour.
