White Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. sweet milk
    5 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    6 egg whites, beaten stiff
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. cake flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Sift baking powder and salt with flour.
    Add flour to sugar and butter; add milk.
    Mix well.
    Add vanilla.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Bake in 3 (9-inch) round pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
