Spareribs, Sauerkraut And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2- 1/2 lb. spareribs
1 Tbsp. fat
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1 1-lb. can sauerkraut, drained
1 tbsp. brown sugar
4 potatoes, medium, whole
1 1/4 c. water
Preparation
-
Brown ribs in fat. Season with salt and pepper. Put sauerkraut in bottom of pot and sprinkle with brown sugar. Place ribs and potatoes over sauerkraut, add water. Cover and cook until ribs are tender. Serves 4.
