Grilled Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. catfish fillets
    2 c. milk
    Old Bay Seafood seasoning
    1 large sweet onion
    3 hot banana peppers
    3 hot chili peppers
    salt
Preparation
    Rinse and dry fillets.
    Soak in milk for 20 minutes.
    Remove from milk and rinse, removing excess moisture.
    Sprinkle with seasoning, rubbing it into meat.
    Start grill and place 1/8-inch thick onion slices on grill.
    Slice banana peppers and place on top of onion slices.
    Place fish on top of onion and pepper. Thinly slice chili peppers and sprinkle over fish.
    Cover loosely with aluminum foil.
    Grill until easily flaked.
    Salt to taste. Serves 4 to 6.

    1 hour.
