Avocado And Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
1 c. sliced celery
1 Tbsp. minced onion
mayonnaise
salt and pepper
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
1 c. cooked, diced chicken
1/2 c. cooked, diced ham
4 avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
Preparation
-
Combine rice, celery, onion, olives, chicken and ham.
Add enough mayonnaise to moisten mixture.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon mixture into avocado halves.
Serves 8.
