Gourmet Meat Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    steak or boneless, skinless chicken or pork chops or any meat you like
    1 large onion
    2 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 large can sliced mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    juice of 1 lemon
    Cajun seasoning
    lemon pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Use a large, heavy skillet.
    Season meat.
    Get skillet very hot.
    Sear meat on both sides.
    Turn down heat to medium-low. Slice onion and lay on top of meat.
    Add garlic, mushrooms and all other ingredients.
    Cover skillet and cook over medium-low heat until meat is tender.

    (Option:
    You can add 2 to 3 tablespoons cooking wine.)
