1 pkg. Betty Crocker chocolate cake mix
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1/3 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake in sheet form. Let cool.
