Butternut Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small squash
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Halve squash; remove seed.
    Peel and cut into chunks.
    Cook in salted boiling water until tender (20 minutes).
    Drain and mash. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
    For variety, try 1/4 teaspoon ginger.
