Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    little water if needed
Preparation
    Mix until stiff.
    Roll out into thin layer.
    Slice into 3-inch strips.
    Stack strips on top of each other (using flour between). Slice with sharp knife to desired width.
    Dry.
    Cook in boiling water (lightly salted) 5 minutes.
