Turkey Roulade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can whole-berry cranberry sauce
1/4 c. bottle barbecue sauce
4 turkey breasts (about 1 lb. total)
1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
Preparation

In a small saucepan, stir together cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce.
Brush one side of each turkey breast with some of the sauce mixture.
Place several green pepper strips crosswise on the sauced side of each turkey breast.
Roll up jell-roll style from short side; secure bundles with wooden toothpicks.
Place turkey bundles, seam side down, in an ungreased 8 x 8 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
