Fruit Salad(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can tidbit pineapple
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    2 medium partly green bananas, cut up
    2 red firm apples, peeled and chopped
    1 (6 oz.) box sugar-free Jell-O (red; any flavor)
    2 soft kiwi, peeled and chopped
Preparation
    Use juice from fruit to dissolve Jell-O. Mix all ingredients together. Do not try substitutes. Contains natural enzymes to increase metabolism and helps burn calories. Keeps fresh in refrigerator for 2 weeks. Good to eat anytime.
