Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
2 c. light cream
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. light rum (optional)
Preparation

Heat butter, cream and brown sugar in fondue pot at high, stirring until melted and bubbly.
Mix cornstarch and rum together; pour into cream mixture, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to medium; continue cooking, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Set control at low for serving.
