Lemon Chicken With Thyme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. oil
1 medium onion
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. chicken broth
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
lemon wedges
Preparation

In plastic bag, dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper.
In skillet in oil, brown chicken.
Take out chicken and brown onion. Add leftover flour.
Add broth, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice and thyme.
Return chicken and cook until chicken is cooked.
Sprinkle parsley on top.
Garnish with lemon wedges.
