Hearty Vegetable Beef Barley Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 cloves garlic
    24 oz. chopped tomatoes
    12 c. water
    3/4 c. barley
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    5 beef bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (12 oz.) can green beans
    3 c. sliced carrots
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    Dredge meat in flour and brown in 2 tablespoons of oil with garlic.
    Drain, if needed.
    Add tomatoes, water, barley, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon, basil and pepper.
    Bring to a boil; simmer 1 hour.
    Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil; simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
