Ingredients

4 lb. beef short ribs, cut into pieces
1/3 c. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 medium onions, sliced
Preparation

Place beef ribs in shallow, glass dish.
Mix mustard, sugar, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic.
Spread over beef.
Top with onions.
Cover and refrigerate, turning beef occasionally for 24 hours.
Cook beef in 4-quart Dutch oven over medium heat until brown; drain.
Add onions and pour marinade over beef.
Cover and cook in 350\u00b0 oven until tender, about 2 hours.
