Beef Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef tenderloin
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    1 large can mushrooms, chopped
    1 stick butter
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Slice tenderloin almost all the way to the end and lay top part back.
    Saute in butter, onion, peppers and canned mushrooms; when almost done, add vegetables to middle of tenderloin.
    Fold top back over vegetables and bake, uncovered, for about 1 1/2 hours or until done.
    I use a meat thermometer.
