Gary'S Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 bag corn chips
1/2 lb. sharp cheese
1 can hot stewed tomatoes with peppers
1 can pinto beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Brown ground beef, pepper and onion.
Drain.
Line bottom of casserole dish with corn chips and pour the hamburger mixture over the chips.
Cover this with half of the grated cheese.
Combine tomatoes and pepper, pinto beans and mushroom soup.
Pour over cheese.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and the remaining bag of crushed corn chips on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until bubbly.
