Oven Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pork spareribs
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/3 c. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
    3 thin lemon slices
Preparation
    Cut ribs in serving-size pieces. In large saucepan, cover ribs with salted water. Cover and simmer until nearly tender, about 1 hour.
