Quick Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    3 ribs celery, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    4 slices toasted bread
    milk
    salt
    red and black pepper
    seasoned bread crumbs
    1 1/4 sticks oleo
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in 1 stick oleo until tender; add crabmeat. Soak bread in enough milk to soften completely.
    Break into pieces and add to crab mixture.
    Stir well and add seasonings.
