Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oleo
3 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 c. Pet dry milk
3 c. coconut
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (6 oz.)
Preparation

Melt oleo in 2-quart saucepan.
Remove from heat; add water and vanilla.
Mix powdered sugar and dry milk.
Add to butter mixture about 1/2 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in coconut.
Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper.
Let stand until firm, about 10 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips over hot (not boiling) water.
Swirl about 1 teaspoon melted chocolate on each coconut drop.
Chill.
