Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. beef or vegetable stock
    1 diced onion
    3 medium carrots, sliced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    2 c. cooked noodles
    2 c. tomatoes, chopped
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients in large cooking pot and simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Add noodles, tomatoes, parsley and basil.
    Serves 6 to 8.
