Quick And Easy Vegetable Soup(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
1 small onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
Preparation

In large pot, saute onion in margarine.
Add ground beef and brown.
Add vegetables and V-8 juice.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes.
