Hot Chicken Salad(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken
    1 c. chopped celery
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced or 1/3 c. slivered almonds
    salt and pepper
    crackers or potato chips, crushed for topping
    1/2 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except potato chips.
    Cover with topping. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
