Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 lb.) pkg. hash browns
    1 can chicken soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 medium onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. cheese, grated
    3/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Put frozen hash brown potatoes out to thaw well ahead of time. Mix potatoes and the remaining ingredients, except the Ritz crackers.
    Pour this mixture into a well-buttered 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle the crushed Ritz crackers over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
